You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload any content you submit.

5. Location Listings and Routes

Users may create and share location listings and routes composed of multiple locations.

You agree that:

• Information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You do not create fake or misleading listings
• You respect ownership claims of businesses

6. Moderation and Enforcement

FyndFinder may remove content or restrict accounts that violate our policies, including our Integrity Policy.

We may take action including:

• Content removal
• Account warnings
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent bans

7. Third-Party Services

FyndFinder does not sell personal data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

However, the platform may rely on infrastructure providers (such as hosting and database services) to operate.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep FyndFinder available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update or modify the platform at any time, including features, design, or functionality.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Integrity Policy.

You may also delete your account at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
