Location owners are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide stays reasonably up to date.
3. Respectful Conduct
We want FyndFinder to remain welcoming and useful for everyone.
Users may not post or share content that includes:
- Harassment or threats
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Bullying or intimidation
- Sexually explicit material
- Violent or graphic content
- Spam or misleading promotions
- Illegal content or activities
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these standards.
4. Reviews, Favorites, and Community Features
Any community-driven features on FyndFinder must be used honestly and fairly.
You may not:
- Create fake engagement
- Use multiple accounts to manipulate visibility
- Coordinate misleading reviews or reports
- Offer incentives for dishonest activity
- Abuse reporting systems
Users should only report content they genuinely believe violates platform rules.
False or malicious reporting may result in account restrictions.
5. Images and Uploaded Content
Users retain ownership of the content they upload but are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share it.
You may only upload content that:

You may not upload:

By uploading content to FyndFinder, you grant FyndFinder a non-exclusive right to display and use that content within the platform for operational and promotional purposes related to the service.
6. Business and Location Owner Responsibilities
If you manage or claim a location on FyndFinder, you agree to:
- Represent your business honestly
- Keep public information reasonably accurate
- Respond respectfully to users
- Avoid deceptive marketing practices
Business owners may not:
- Falsely claim ownership of a location
- Manipulate platform visibility unfairly
- Harass users or competitors
- Post misleading promotional material
FyndFinder may request verification of ownership when necessary.
7. Safety and Legal Compliance
Users must follow applicable laws and regulations when using the platform.
You may not use FyndFinder to:
- Promote illegal activity
- Sell prohibited goods or services
- Commit fraud or scams
- Harvest personal information
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
We may cooperate with relevant authorities when legally required.
8. Reporting Violations
Users can report:

Reports are reviewed manually by the FyndFinder team.
Submitting knowingly false reports may itself violate this policy.

We work continuously to protect FyndFinder against abuse, spam, and manipulation.
Users may not:

- Attempt to bypass restrictions or moderation
- Interfere with platform security or performance
Accounts engaging in suspicious or abusive behavior may be restricted or removed.
